Party Reservations for the 2025 season are closed

Parties are scheduled to avoid peak times to have the least amount of impact on membership and overcrowding. 

Guidelines:

• Planned gatherings and parties for up to 25 people (including members and non-members)
• $200/2 hours
• Parties include a reserved area for guests. 
• Parties are available during pool hours for a maximum of 2 hours during the following times (blackout dates listed on request form): Monday through Friday from 2 to 4.
• Parties are not confirmed until you have been contacted with a confirmation email. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours to reserve your date.  
• All parties require a 10 day advance booking in order to staff properly.
• No refunds given within 7 days unless related to inclement weather. For inclement weather, a 2 hour notice must be given to be able to adjust staffing numbers.
• Makeup dates will be offered if available.
